You’ve got to lay miles of groundwork with your customers and with your fans, before you call them to action… It takes a long time for it to start coming back around which is why this this whole campaign mentality or how did we do this week, or how did we do this quarter, or how did we do this 30 days, is really a posionous mindset. You have to really think about, ‘What are we trying to achieve eventually?’ Not, ‘this week.’
